SAN JUAN, PR — The Public Contact Team (Contacto) in Guaynabo will open for face-to-face interviews on a limited basis to Veterans, by appointment only, effective Monday, June 21, 2021. Hours of Operations will be Monday Thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Doors to the building will be closed by 3:30 pm).
At this time, the San Juan VA Regional Office will provide in person interviews by appointment only for all inquiries.
Veterans who need to schedule an appointment may do so by contacting Contacto Monday thru Friday at (787) 772-7371 or (787) 772- 7398, within the aforementioned hours. You may leave a voice message at the numbers provided and you will be contacted within the next business day for an appointment.
A COVID19 Protocol Questionnaire will be required to be filled prior entering the building. Walk-ins will not be accepted at this time. Children will not be allowed in the facility.
As appropriate and consistent with applicable law and compliance with CDC guidelines: If you are fully vaccinated (at least two weeks past your final dose), you are no longer required to wear a mask in this facility, its use is optional. If you are not fully vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask in all common areas and if you are within 6 feet of each others. This decision protects the population we serve.
